Too much speed, dog burning up on entry!
Submitted by Eric Larson on Thu, 09/07/2006 - 12:39pm.Someone asked if I had any video of the weave poles from round 2 of the Grand Prix Regional hosted by the Bay Team. So I put this video together.
A lot of big dogs had a tremendous amount of speed as they approached the weave poles, causing many missed entries. You can find the course map here.

AFrame - which side to handle on?
Submitted by Eric Larson on Thu, 06/29/2006 - 8:41pm.
Steeplechase Finals at Turlock has an opening sequence that gave many handlers fits. It was a four jump sequence, into the tunnel and up the AFrame.
The interesting thing about this is that, as usual, teams decided to handle it both ways. On the left calling or pulling their dog and on the right trying to do a flip.
