Snooker!
I LOVE Snooker because it requires such an intense run with my dog. We MUST be totally on and connected to go for it and succeed and hopefully SQ - which I always go for!
I have learned so much about handling by running this class. As a handler - there's not a fraction of a second that you can take your mind off the game - if you do - tweet! You're done. A total adrenaline rush! Definitely for the Type A personality.
