I love training my dogs. They ALWAYS keep me on my toes. They force me to think, to be creative, to be patient, to love. Best part is, they always love you back, no matter what mistakes you make.

I chose handling because I like the connection I have with my dog whether it's training, trialing or whatever as a handler.  It's feeling the results of all the training.

Of course love training and trialing too.  I actually feel they're all about the same since handling is part of training and trialing - since I never let anyone ever run my dogs.  And, I find trialing is "advanced" training since I learn something at every trial that I can't learn in a practice session.

Wow! As of now, March 31st 8:25pm pst, training and trialing reached equal percentage of votes! Up to this point "politically correct" preference to training the dog was leading from the inception of the poll.

So, are we trialing untrained dogs, or training for the hell of training, ?

That's except for the Honorable Ffluffy, who enters trials to be with her dogs..
