I getting some feedback that a few people are having trouble getting the flash video to play.

The easiest way to get Flash working is to upgrade your browser to the latest version.

I recommend installing Firefox. The latest version is 1.5, a version greater than 1.0 is required. Firefox comes preinstalled with the latest Flash Player. I prefer it over IE and use it for all my browsing. This will fix most problems.

If it doesn't or you don't want to use Firefox, then continue on. Windows XP requires at least IE 6.0, older Windows require at least IE 5.5. You can find the latest IE at Microsoft.

The key things is not to run the installer when your browser is open. You must close Internet Explorer or Firefox when intalling Flash Player.
