Posting a photo in the galleries

I don't know whether it's me being stupid, but how an earth do I post a picture to the image gallery??  I have been looking for the option to post a picture all day and just cannot see it, have I gone blind?!?

The image galleries are no longer active. As I decided that the website should just focus on dog agility videos.
